- Cancellations made more than 6 days prior arrival:5% penalty will be applied.
- Cancellations made less than 5 days prior arrival:10% penalty will be applied.
- Cancellations on Date arrival, Booking will be regarded as used (100% penalty will be applied).
Refund Policy for Hotel Reservations (Confirmed Bookings):
- Full Refund in the event of certified death of passangers/accompanying passanger/or immidiate family members.
- 50% refund fee
Children Policy:
-Children can stay with their parents no policy required.
